I focus on helping teams build environments where everyone feels supported and valued. My favorite team though is my amazing wife and 3-kids. They are still my best teachers!
Get Playful And Welcome Change
My approach is shaped by over two-decades running Chicago’s #1 summer day camp, where I learned firsthand the power of a strong organizational culture, and the importance of developing people. My family opened up Fred’s Camp, a private summer day camp in Chicago in 1994 with 25 campers. This past summer, our 31st, we welcomed over 300-families and had the opportunity to work with 90 amazing team members. Drawing on my background in education and leadership, I specialize in helping teams increase engagement, positivity, accountability, and trust through customized leadership programs and coaching. Through my own journey of self-discovery, I realized I had a gift for teaching others how to positively connect with the most important people in their lives. Ironically, the more I learned about myself, the better I understood others. Who knew campfire stories and s'mores would translate so well to the corporate world?
